1. Brief description of bottle unscrambler:
This machine is a patented product designed and manufactured by our company based on the introduction of international advanced technology, combining the characteristics of the domestic beverage industry and the need for independent design and manufacturing. It has an advanced level in the 1990s. It is used for the sorting of disordered polyester bottles. The scattered bottles are sent into the bottle unscrambler's bottle ring via the elevator. By the thrust of the turntable, the bottles enter the bottle compartment to position themselves, through the bottle turning device and the air flow. The bottles are arranged so that the mouth of the bottle stands upright, and is output into the next process through the air conveying bottle conveying system. The body of this machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, and other parts are also made of non-toxic and durable series of materials. The electrical and pneumatic systems are selected from imported parts. The whole working process is controlled by PLC programming, so the equipment failure rate is low and the reliability is high.
2. Scope of adaptation:
YF-LPJ-2200 automatic bottle unscrambler is an upgraded product of our company. It is a multifunctional automatic unscrambler for round bottles, flat and square products in the food, medicine, daily chemical and other light industries.
3. Work flow of unscrambler:
Bottle warehouse → bottle storage bucket → unscramble bottles → slide to the bottle → air delivery
First manually pour the bottle into the elevator bucket
The bottle is sent to the sorting bin of the bottle unscrambler by the elevator
The bottles enter the unscrambler bin for sorting. When sorting, the bottles are inverted and passed through the bottle turning mechanism, and directly passed through the bottle turning mechanism without being inverted.
The bottle passing through the bottle turning mechanism directly passes from the bottle outlet through the bottle clamping mechanism to the conveying line.
4. Equipment advantages:

Wide range of use, one machine with multiple functions and strong adaptability, both round and square bottles can be sorted, and there is no need to replace mold parts when changing products
The loss rate is low. Taking 500ml conventional PET bottles as an example, the loss rate of 12g bottles is 4/10000, and the loss rate of 12g bottles is 3/10000. The loss rate of traditional recommended unscrambler is above 12/10000.
The hoist changes its position according to the site, which greatly adapts to the production site

The equipment is used in production of beer packed in PET bottles. Rinsing,Filling and capping are integrated in one machine.
The bottle enters into the rinsing part of three-in-one machine through belt conveyor. The gripper installed on the rotary disk catches bottle and turns it over 180 degrees and makes the bottleneck face ground. In the special rinsing area, the nozzle on the gripper sprays water to rinse bottle in wall.
The bottle that enters into the filler is switched by body holding plate. The filling valve acted by the cam can realize up and down. It adopts balanced pressure filling way. The filling valve opens and begins filling when the inner bottle pressure is balanced with inside liquid tank, the filling valve move up and leave the bottleneck when it finishes filling.
The full bottle is transferred to the capping part through hold body transition poking wheel. The stop screwing knife holds the bottle neck, keeps bottle upright not rotating. The screw capping head keeps in revolution and autorotation. It can finish a whole capping course including catching, pressing, discharging through the action of the cam. The full bottle is transferred to bottle outlet conveyor to the next process through poking wheel.
The whole machine is enclosed with windows, the height of enclosed window is higher than the peak of the 3 in 1 machine, in the bottom of the enclosed window has return air outlet
The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The amount of the drinks in the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or when caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.
The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation speed sleeplessly. The production capacity can be displayed digitally and can be adjusted conveniently.

2) Filling machine with spring-type mechanical lifting equipment to upgrade glass bottles, large bearing support floundering in the vat and use of guide-rod in the orientation of the structure, there are pre-cover features.
3) Long-tube filling valves are adopted, with CO2 fully exchanging with air inside glass bottles, to decrease the rinsing of oxygen effectively. with cylinder liquid level and the back pressure controlled by a variable signal proportional. Fast, stable, accurate, to be vacuum one at a time.
4) High-pressure foam stimulator is equipped to minimize air remaining at the neck.
5) Centralized automatic lubrication system, simple for maintenance.
6) Before capping system , we have jetting system to remove the beer foam on the top of bottle mouth to be sure the Oxygen content less than r0.15 mg O2/l
7) Filling level tolerances : ± 2.0 mm
8) Bottle break rate : max. 0.01% (1:10,000)
9) Filling machines includes broken bottle automatically stopping valve, broken bottle washing, and foam automatically exhausting device.
10) With perfect CIP cleaning function, and capable of rinsing filling pipes with acid, lye liquid and hot water.
11) All the materials in contact with the valves, tanks, pipes are made of stainless steel 304 materials, inside and outside the wall of mirror-polished, ensuring it is healthy.
12) Manually dry oil lubrication system to make sure equipment maintenance is more convenient.
