How do the beer brewing equipment for bar working?
The whole set of beer equipment needs to cooperate with the specific brewing process to ensure the continuous production of beer. It takes about 12-20 days to prepare wort and stock liquor in different tanks through saccharification, filtration, boiling, sedimentation and fermentation. After fermentation, the original beer slurry is obtained, which can be directly drunk and sold. Inner structure of Beer brewing equipment for bar:
Inner liner layer: 304 stainless steel plate of cylinder, fine polishing of inner and outer wall by argon arc welding, outer cladding layer: 304 stainless steel plate of cylinder, mirror panel and red copper plate, fine polishing of inner and outer wall by argon arc welding. Heating mode: the saccharification system needs to be equipped with heating device to ensure the segmented heating of maltification process. It can be heated by selection and distribution, gas boiler, oil boiler and other modes. Heat preservation: the refrigerator operates efficiently to ensure the continuous circulation of glycol ice water between the water belt of fermentation tank and the plate heat exchanger of saccharification system. Through the circulation heat exchange process of ice water, tap water and hot wort, the requirements of different cooling range of beer brewing were realized, and the high efficiency and energy saving were realized. Insulation layer: high density on-site foaming polyurethane insulation material is filled between the two layers of tanks, with the thickness of 80-120mm. The main body of beer equipment is composed of tanks for different purposes. Each tank is equipped with professional control and measurement accessories to achieve rapid and effective control and measurement of the specific brewing process.
