WEMAC —— beer puree and fermentation systems.
For beer brewing equipment, we are very professional.
Before purchasing this equipment, you can get in touch with us to determine the equipment you need. For the above equipment, you can choose electric heating or steam heating. The common ones are gas steam heating, direct fire heating and electric heating. The following mainly discusses the characteristics of electric heating and the production experience of related equipment, in order to provide guidance for equipment selection and brewery construction. The heat source of the heating system is the heart of the brewery.
For your brewery, is it best to use electricity, steam or direct/indirect fire? It depends on many factors. When determining the heat source, you need to consider the size of the brewery, the utilities available, and the initial and ongoing costs. We have been a pioneer in brewing systems since 1958. Our turnkey electrical system can be used in up to 15 BBL breweries and has different levels of automation to suit your style and budget. You may be used to brewing on direct fire or steam systems, but electric brewing has many advantages: electric heating efficiency is close to 100%. Since the heating element is immersed in soda water or wort, all the heat energy is directly transferred to the liquid instead of wasted in heating the beer. Electric heating can achieve a compact and flexible design, which is very suitable for small space, low equipment cost and low installation cost. Precise control. High repeatability and automation.
The brewery has no carbon emissions. Steam steam systems are widely used in beer brewing systems of various sizes. We provide turnkey steam brewing rooms up to 30bbl with different levels of automation. The steam system has many advantages: the flexible storage tank layout design suitable for large beer houses is more effective than the direct fire system (compared to the direct fire), and the larger heating surface area has higher automation and availability than the direct fire system. The level of repeatability is ideal for limited spaces. Electricity. Our turnkey system includes low-pressure boilers ranging in size from 5 HP to 40 HP, which can meet your steam needs, and is equipped with an optional return/feed unit and blowdown separator to provide a complete steam solution. The more traditional heat sources are direct selection (up to 10 BBL) and indirect fire sources (up to 15 BBL).
It is very suitable for places where there is no requirement for electricity or steam hearing, and because they do not require a boiler, their up-front equipment and installation costs are lower than steam. When starting to plan a brewery, please contact us for advice. Our sales system experts will help you determine which heat source is right for you.
