4 Generally, only two batches can be brewed per day, and the brewmaster needs to work overtime.
The chiller must choose a large brand that is stable in quality and used.
The size of the ice water tank should be reasonably configured. It is recommended to have 2 refrigerators and two ice water coils. The two chillers work at the same time, reducing the burden on the chiller, one has a problem, and the other can operate normally.
