The wort entering the fermenter needs to be fermented in the presence of oxygen. In order to promote the full and uniform dissolution of oxygen into the fermenter, our company has added a gas-filled titanium rod to the fermenter to avoid The dissolution caused by direct oxygen supply from the pipeline is insufficient and the oxygen loss is lost. At the same time, in the late stage of fermentation, the fermented mature liquid can be dissolved and washed by carbon dioxide through the inflated titanium rod, thereby improving the quality of the beer.
Boiling pot heater
Many modern boiling pots use an internal heater. The inner heater is installed in a vertical tube heat exchanger in the boiling pot. The wort passes through the vertically installed tubes in the inner heater and is heated by the outer steam. When the steam is tumbling, the steam is condensed. In the current-limiting cone on the upper part of the heater, the boiling wort on the surface of the boiling pot is blocked, and the straw is distributed to the top to spread the wort for better.
The evaporation effect, while continuously returning the wort back to the wheat juice noodle, we have newly developed a two-layer dispensing umbrella to make the wort spread faster and more uniform, and fully provide the boiling effect.

The structure is simple, firm and long-lasting; no additional driving energy is required; it is easy to clean in situ; no additional insulation is required; no extra area is occupied.
The electric outlet door spentgrain and the transport system are the auxiliary equipment of the filter tank. When the electric filter door of the filter tank is opened, the wheat grains are discharged into the temporary storage tank of the wheat grain, and then the wheat grain is transported to the appropriate place through the waste system. This reduces the process of manually removing the wheat grains from the filter tank, reduces the manual labor of manually transporting the wheat grains to a suitable place, and reduces the residual water sprinkling during the transportation process of the wheat grains, thereby reducing physical labor and optimizing work. The environment is ideal for the discharge and transport of wheat grains.
