All solder joints are carefully treated to avoid dead corners and contamination. Finally, the flaw detection is carried out in the inspection room to find out the possible defects and cracks in the welding process. If any, it shall be reworked to ensure the welding quality.

In the surface treatment process, we provide different stainless steel, red copper, golden copper and wooden tank surfaces. Mirror treatment, matte treatment, matte treatment, brush treatment, can be used for stainless steel, copper and brass materials. Different kinds of wood can be used for wood surface treatment. Logos and special treatments can also be used for custom designs.

Wemac focuses on the temperature regulation performance of fermentation tank. We use large area, high efficiency concave plate, jacket and belt type heat preservation structure, suitable for tank body and cone bottom. The packing layer is filled with high thickness and high efficiency rock wool insulation material.
