This is a 5 ton complete craft beer equipment we made for an craft beer factory owner.

The whole beer brewing system is mainly composed of a 5 vessel beer mash device and 100 beer fermentation tanks according to the factory’s practical output. It is also equipped with a complete series of attendant equipment including CIP system, water purification system, temperature adjusting system, filtration system, yeast propagation equipment, hop tanks, craft beer storage tanks, control system and so on. 

WEMAC beer equipment engineers managed the turnkey project for customer. We researched customer’s beer factory condition and issued the design and plan according to practical situation. Then we manufactured all the systems and equipment with careful and strict manufacturing standard. We especially focused on surface mirror treatment according to customer’s request. The customer wanted the best treatment effect of tank surface. After all system was finished making in our factory, we also managed shipment. Our professional installation technicians completed all systems installation, connection and adjustment work. Then we made the test performance in customer’s beer factory. After some small adjustment, the whole industrial beer making equipment was in good condition. Customer was very satisfied with turnkey project service. He said we really done a good job to help him manage his new beer factory.
