The beer mash system is designed with the production capacity of 5 containers of 5000L. The beer fermentation tank is designed as 50 tanks, each tank has a capacity of 20 tons. They are installed in two separate working areas of the plant. Large beer brewing equipment is equipped with a series of supporting equipment. It includes water purification system, yeast breeding pool, CIP system, water storage pool, filtration device, etc. There are also beer filling equipment and filling equipment in circulation. The whole equipment can be used to make beer in cans. The annual output of craft beer is 200 tons. The turnkey project is implemented by the professional beer equipment team of wemac. Large mashed potatoes are installed in a 2-story building. An observation room was set up near the mash equipment on the second floor of the work building. The thicker tank wall can also bear larger pressure, without any hidden danger.
