How to choose the mash system type, configuration, size or capacity
?It is determined according to your site conditions, brewing process requirements and production per batch requirements,

Mashing and lauter are done in one tun, we called it mash&lauter tun. Mash and kettle are done in one, we called it mash&kettle tun.
If mash, kettle, and whirlpool are in one tun, then we called it mash&kettle&whirlpool tun.
This combination type is mainly due to the lauter tun has no heating function,and is heated by a stepwise mashing method.
Recommendation: The mashing process is selected to be heated step by step.
The stepwise mashing,requires steam heating or direct fire heating.
The fermentation system mainly consists of fermenters. The wort is fermented into beer in the fermentation tank.
The fermenter has the cooling function and the heat preservation function. From the inside to the outside of the fermenter,there are:
the liner, the cooling jacket, the insulation layer, and the outer skin. The control system controls the temperature of the beer in the fermentation tank based on the temperature set by the fermentation.
