In this process, beer malt is sprayed and soaked for certain period of time with certain temperature of water. The the malt is conveyed to roller crusher by conveying devices. In smashing process, the peel of malt is almost complete with little damage. It can realize ideal effect in malt crushing process. That is malt peel broken but not smashed, only malt smashed. By this process, the spent malt filtration process can be conducted smoothly and effectively.
