Our 500L mashing system,it's Mash&kettle tun+Lauter&whirlpool tun combination type.

The inner material is SUS304, 3mm, and the outer material is 2mm thick; the outer dimensions are D=1260mm, H=2660mm.

Steam heating; coil jacket, pressure resistance 3bar. Heating meets the temperature rise of 1-1.5 degrees/minute;

Thermal insulation rock wool, insulation laminate thickness of 80mm.

More than 40% of the air capacity.

The speed of the stirring motor is 30r/min. The stirrer in the tank is made of stainless steel 304. 

The lower part of the stirring shaft is supported by a bushing. The upper part of the pot has a seal to 

prevent steam from leaking from the shaft.

The upper steam discharge pipe has a diameter of 159, and a condensate collecting device is added to the steam discharge pipe, 

and the drain pipe is embedded in the heat preservation layer.

Below is the steam boiler, the steam enters the mash tun through the electromagnetic valve. 

In addition, our smashing steam line has a bypass line and a bypass valve. 

If the main line can not work, the bypass line and the bypass valve can be opened, 

and the steam can enter the mash tun, to ensure the production.
