2. 4000L Fermentation Unit,Usually,
Standard stainless steel 60 conical cooling cylindrical fermentation tanks,4000L or 8000L beer fermentation tanks can be selected for use according to the daily beer production batches.Tanks quantity is exactly calculated by fermentation cycle for various beers,takes the 10 sets of 4000L conical jacketed fermenters as example,two weeks fermentation cycle,the production of beer can reach to 800000L per month.
Side shadowless manhole,manuel butterfly valves,pressure gauges,PT100,vent valves and PRV etc.,
5000L Insulated glycol water tank with or without copper coil for glycol liquid holding and mixing
Efficiency chillers or refrigerators with fryonto supply cooling energy
Sanitary centrifugal pump for glycol water recycle among tanks and heat exchanger
All pipes, fitting, insulation materials are included
Electrical controlling cabinet with temperature, on-off controlling for brewhouse
Electrical controlling cabinet with temperature, on-off controlling for cooling parts
Temperature controller, thermocouple, solenoid valves etc are included
5.Portable CIP system
CIP is composed of CIP cleaning pump,hot water tank, acid water tank,alkali water tank, disinfection tank, etc.It can be designed into automatic or semi-automatic control mode according to customer requirements. After the brewing part and the fermentation part are used,connect the reserved nozzle of the tank and the CIP system for rotating cleaning.Bottom discharge to drain the spent water after rinsing.

The fermented beer can be sold as draft fresh beer.For large-scale commercial beer brewing systems,the beer can be filtered with higher precision after fermentation and stored in beer bright tank.
