1.1 According to the customer's process, different batching tanks can be designed, which can be modularly installed to form a combined installation. .
1.2 The mixing form of the liquid mixing tank has various forms such as mechanical stirring, bottom magnetic stirring and high shear depending on the materials.
2.1 In the case of adding a weighing system(load cell) on preparation tank, all connections must be soft connect so that the weighing of the equipment is more accurate.
2.2 According to the characteristics of the materials to be delivered, it can be equipped with sanitary centrifugal pumps, shear pumps, peristaltic pumps, etc., and higher requirements can be equipped with homogenizers.
3.1 The solution preparation tank is equipped with various pneumatic valves to achieve fully automatic operation.
3.2 With manual stop valve, manual adjustment and control of boiler steam.
3.3 With a diaphragm pressure gauge, the on-site display equipment operating pressure.
4.1 All the solution preparation tank connects are stretched to meet the basic requirements of sterile preparations to prevent microbial growth and easy cleaning.
4.2 The mixing system is equipped with a double mechanical seal and equipped with a 100% oil leakage prevention device.
4.3 The structure of the mixing system is beautiful in appearance, strong in weighing ability and resist to deformation.
