Purified water system manufactured by WEMAC have Feed water pump, 1st stage and 2nd stage high pressure pump, which are all controlled by frequency. Not only can it achieving filters and softeners running under different pressure control, but also achieving system small circulation water production at low speed within standby time, which can greatly reducing the probability of microbial growth and effectively energy saving.

5.1 With 304 stainless steel membrane shell end cover, easy to disassemble when replacing the reverse osmosis membrane.
5.2 System is equipped with a diaphragm pressure gauge, which can display the actual operating pressure in operation mode.
6.1 The first stage RO is equipped with a precision filter to better protect the first stage pump and RO system.
6.2 With EDI automatic operation system, the brand is GE, Siemens and other internationally renowned brands, zero concentrated water discharge.
7.1 Sanitary tube and sheet heat exchanger, single tube plate or double tube plate structure.
7.2 The entire system can be pasteurized.
7.3 The whole system is subjected to electrolytic polishing.
8.1 RO1 system with FRP membrane shell.
8.2 With pipeline flow meter, both automatic and semi-automatic control.
8.3 The configuration is relatively simple and meets the requirements of ordinary water for pharmaceutical companies.
