9.Hobs Filter basket
Put it in the S/S brewing barrel when boiling.

1.Place the Bottom S/S Filter to the bottom of brewing barrel.
2.Install and tighten The Spray pipe
3.Put in the S/S malt barrel
4.Make sure the spray pipe inside the barrel,andthen cover the glass lid
Function Instructions of 30L Home fresh beer brewing equipment:
To start the machine,make sure the input connector and output connector are connecting with the PVC tubes.Make sure the inlet switch is on.Once start the machine, the tap water will flow to brewing barrel automatically,and sanitilize the barrel throughout high temperature heating.The waste water will rule out form the wort tap. NOTES:Place a container under the wort tap before start the machine.
1. Select the function symbol,then press SETTING enter the function setting.Select TAP WATER via“+-”and set the water volume of mashing, temperature and time. NOTES:When selecting TAP WATER,the water will flow into the barrel automatically,and reach to the volume for mashing.2. Select the function symbol,then press SETTING enter the function setting.Select PURE WATER via“+-”,and set the temperature and time.NOTES:When selecting PURE WATER,need to add pure water manually to reach to the volume for mashing.
Select the function symbol and press SETTING,time of BOILING could be set between 60-90minutes.Block time can be setted according to Recipe Time.For example,the recipe time:the first time to add the HOPS is 45minutes,Time of Block 1 should be set as 45mins;the second time to add HOPS is 15minutes,Time of Block 2 should be set as 15mins.NOTES:Once start to BOILING,and after the temperature reach to 95℃,the machine will be BEEPING for tips.Meanwhile,you should take away the glass lid,and press START/STOP,the machine will start working.
Select the function symbol and press SETTING,temperature of Chilling is between 18-35 ℃.NOTES:The setting temperature should be refer to the temperature of tap water,it must exceed the temperature of tap water.Get the temperature of tap water with thermometer when setting temperature.
One connector of the WORT FILTER to connect the tap, the other connector of the WORT FILTER to connect a PVC tube and put into the Fermenter. Make sure both sides connect finely, then select START/STOP to begin working.
Select the functon,the machine will add water automatically and rule out the water automatically, meanwhile,you could use the sponge to clean the inner part of the brewing barrel. NOTES:Place a container under the wort tap before start this function
