Home brewing beer production process
First, the malt crushed, and the crushed malt powder is put into mash/lauter pot(not sprinkled outside the filter tank) or a mash/lauter tank.
In the mashing pot, the malt powder is subjected to one-step sugar extraction or multi-step sugar extraction for malt saccharification (program optional)
After mash completed, the filter barrel is proposed to filter the wort and wash the spent grain or in the lauter tun filter wort and wash the spent grain
Filter completed , add hop in mash tun or kettle tun during boiling kettle
Kettle completed, open wort pump,The hot wort is subjected to a convoluted precipitation, and then the hot coagulum is removed.
The wort is cooled by tap water in the mashing pot coil jacket, the wort after cooling is pumped into the fermenter, the refrigerator is turned on, the wort in the fermenter is continuously cooled to the yeast inoculation temperature; or the refrigerator is used The plate is cooled by the swirling wort, and is reduced to the yeast inoculation temperature and pumped into the fermenter.
At the appropriate temperature, inoculate the appropriate yeast and pass the appropriate amount of oxygen into the fermenter, prepare or adjust the fermentation program (program can be edited), enter the fermentation process
After the fermentation, the settled yeast sludge and coagulum are discharged, and the good quality home brew beer can be obtained.
