2-Vessel Main Features:

Combination Mash Lauter Tuns are the first combination vessel in these brewhouses line ups.
Next inline is the combination of the Kettle and Whirlpool tanks.

3-Vessel Main Features:
A three-vessel brewhouse is hybrid system that incorporates at least one combination vessel and two dedicated process vessels.

4-Vessel Main Features:
A typical four-vessel brewhouse will include a Mash tun, Lauter Tun, Kettle and Whirlpool. Each of these tanks is dedicated to performing a single process, and is designed differently than similar vessel used for performing multiple processes.

WEMAC professional fermenters are made from stainless steel as it is easy to clean and can be reused almost indefinitely. They all have a valve at the very bottom of the cone which can be used to remove sediment, and also drain the finished beer for bottling or kegging when done. Most also have a second port higher on the cone which can be used to draw samples of beer for measurement or tasting.
