The WFI storage tank manufactured by WEMAC is completely in line with CP2015, EP9.0 and USP40, according to various equipment requirements for different WFI storage tank. WEMAC can satisfy various pharmaceutical companies’ requirements for WFI storage tank. Construction material is 304 and 306L stainless steel. Inner surface mechanical polishing can reach Ra. 0.4. Electro-chemical polishing can reach Ra 0.2. Exterior surface can be made in to mirror, brush, sand blasting treatment, etc.

1.1 Injected water storage tanks are generally vertical structures.
1.2 Tank top is with heating respirator.
1.3 The site is equipped with a control system to achieve linkage control with multi-effect distilled water machine.
2.1 The exterior surface of the injection water storage tank is brushed processed.
2.2 The inner surface is mirror polished, and the accuracy is less than 0.4um.
2.3 The top is equipped with stainless steel manhole, the handle is also stainless steel, which is more beautiful and durable.
3.1 After all tanks have been welded, a hydrostatic test is carried out.
3.2 According to the design pressure requirements, the hydraulic test is generally carried out at a temperature higher than 30% of the design pressure.
3.3 The normal pressure holding time is 24 hours.
4.1 The tank body heads are all stamped elliptical heads, not only can it guarantee the quality, but also have a beautiful appearance.
4.2 The bottom temperature and liquid level of the tank are equipped with mounting flanges for easy installation, easy disassembly and cleaning.
