Conical jacketed fermenters,suitable for hotels and restaurants and brewery. The fermentation tanks use certified stainless steel material. All tanks and jackets inspected and pressure tested to 3 times operatiing pressure.

The PLC or digital dispalyer could control the temperature by connecting with the PT 100 sensor.The brewing tanks with rock wool to keep warm,the fermenters and bright beer tank with PU as cooling jacket to keep cool.

500L Jacketed fermenter in WEMAC'S factory,we do factory test after the fermenter is finished,like water pressure test,valves/pressure gauge test. You can inspect our equipment on site. After the equipment inspection is completed, we will wrap the fermenter with inner and outer packaging, inner film and outer wooden box packaging.
