Carlsberg flask is vertical vessel and small in size. There are normally 3 types of heating methods.

It can be heated with direct fire on gas stove or electric heating furnace for sterilization.

It can be put into sterilization retort for sterilization process.

WEMAC designed carlsberg flask provides another way for sterilization. It can be connected to hot steam for direct steam heating and sterilization. The hot steam is processed to reach certain purity.

Carlsberg flask’ structure is relatively simple. Flask top is airtight, with lock rings, insulation lifting ring, air hole, diaphragm connecting joint to check yeast breeding status. Standard carlsberg flask can be equipped with complete connecting pipes and single filter for sterile oxygen supply. Carlsberg flask is designed small in size and can be put into sterilization vessel easily.

Carlsberg flask can be used in lab to sterilize malt juice and to breed pure yeast to fulfill yeast propagation need in equipment.
