The structure of the sake tank is a cylinder with a cone-shaped bottom. The material is usually made of stainless steel. Polyurethane insulation material is used. The temperature is realized by the jacket refrigerant around the tank body. It is generally divided into two or three coolings, depending on the size of the tank body. The existing sake can's shockproof performance is poor, and it is easy to cause the vibration of the can due to external factors, which makes the beer vibrate inside the can and produce a large number of bubbles. So that the carbon dioxide gas in the beer escapes, affecting the killing force of the beer.

The open tank is composed of three parts: top, body and bottom. The top of the tank is respectively provided with a cleaning device, a safety valve and a filling port. The tank body consists of an inner tank, a cooling sleeve, a heat preservation layer and an outer body from the inside to the outside. The bottom of the water tank is provided with an outlet, and the bottom of the water tank is fixedly connected with the support foot.

Adopting scientific pressure maintaining and cooling requirements, the lower cone of the tank body is equipped with a cooling jacket device, which can realize rapid cooling, sectional cooling, cone cooling and other process conditions.
