The low-pressure boiling makes the boiling temperature exceed 100 °C by means of pressure, thereby accelerating the conversion process of a series of substances. By the conversion of the boiling pot pressure and the pressure discharge, the impurity components in the wort can be drained more quickly, and the wort can be ensured. The taste is pure.
The higher temperature of the low pressure main charge accelerates the process of hop flotation and conversion, shortening the total boiling time and saving energy.
During the boiling process, the boiling pot is in a sealed state, and the generated steam has a high temperature and contains no air therein, which is beneficial to the compression recovery of the spent steam.

The integrated mash system has a simple structure, small floor space, flexible installation and movement, low production and operation cost, and is suitable for hotel or home brewing production.
1. Smash the malt first, then put the pulverized malt powder into the filter tank of the mashing pot (not sprinkled outside the filter tank) or the mash filter tank.
2. In the mashing pot, the malt powder is subjected to one-step sugar extraction or multi-step sugar extraction for malt mash (program can be edited).
3. After the mash is completed, the filter barrel is proposed to filter and wash the wort or to filter and wash the wort in the lauter tun.
4. After the filtration is completed, the wort is boiled in a mashing pot or a boiling pot and hops are added.
5. At the end of the boiling, the wort pump is turned on, and the hot wort is subjected to a swirling precipitation to remove the hot coagulum.
