Craft beer brewing system in WEMAC factory,made of high quality stainless steel,composed of two vessels,mash/lauter tun+kettle/whirlpool tun,upper motor,inner stirrer,makes the malt heating uniform.SUS304 operation platform.

The top manhole is equipped with a glass sight glass and search light, and the exhaust pipe is used for the mobile phone and discharge of steam. This system uses gas steam for heating. WEMAC also provides electric heating, customers can choose according to the energy supply and price of the place of use.

500L capacity,the daily produce According to the eight-hour saccharification time, two batches of beer can be produced every day,It can be used in medium-sized hotels, restaurants and other places.

The temperature sensor, electromagnetic valve and PLC control system are connected to automatically control the closing of the valve and the control of temperature and time.

6 sets of 500L conical jacketed fermenter,the left one is the CLT,Refrigerator provides cold water, with heat exchanger, two-stage cooling, better cooling effect

CIP cart,fixed in the SUS304 trolley,a food grade pump,two sets of 50L tanks,one is Sterilization tank,  The mash system and the top of the fermentation tank are equipped with a rotating cleaning spray ball,connected with the CIP pump，The equipment is effectively cleaned, and the water after cleaning is discharged through the drain valve at the bottom.
