The washing sprinkler coil of the lauter tun is necessary, most of the manufacturers are not equipped,
this really need to add, hot water washing directly through the pump and pipeline
through the washing tank coil is convenient and safe, if not The sprinkler coil can only be washed manually,
and it is very troublesome to carry out the washing with the hose.
The heating method of the kettle tun is very important.
The best choice is steam heating, the heating surface of the steam is evenly heated,
and the color of the wort is not too deep. Of course, this requires a boiler, and the equipment cost is slightly higher.
The heating of the electric heating tube can be used on the equipment below 1000 liters.
It can be avoided by the auxiliary measures such as stirring, etc.
The equipment above 1000 liters pls directly heated by steam, and the electric heating tube is not honed. Give up.
Pls note,when the wort is filtered, only suction filtration can be used (ie, the sputum is in the filter tank,
the wort is pumped through the wort pump, and the mashing/boiling pot is driven), the filtration speed is relatively slow,
and the winemaker has higher requirements, once the operation is mistaken.
Or the wheat grain layer is tight and difficult to filter, and the weight will cause the sieve plate to
deform and affect subsequent use.
