This small beer brewery system is composed of a compact and complete mash system with 1000L beer production capacity and several fermenters. The equipment is equipped with a simple working platform for the convenience of operators. It can also be working ladders according to customers’ request. The beer mash system is composed of 2 tanks with 3 vessels. It is Germany style mash system with a mash tun and beer boiler compositive vessel, a filtration vessel and a whirlpool vessel. We can also produce American style mash system according to users’ need. 

Beer equipment produced by WEMAC is made of top quality 304 and 316L stainless steel material. All the raw material are processed by high precision welding, polishing and manufacturing. We adjust top quality domestic parts and accessories normally, international famous brand ones are adoptable according to customers’ need, to ensure the whole equipment is perfect in working condition and stability. 

The beer filtration tank system is specially equipped with 4 leg manual steer to control the rise and fall of grain razer blade. This ensures the higher working efficiency and function. It is also equipped with manhole to make it easier for operation. Exhaust funnel is also necessary for pressure control and steam discharging. Pipe holes with sanitary plastic covers are reserved for the convenience of customers’ future function need in connection. Long lifetime and stable motor guarantees the effective and stable performance of grain razer and the whole tank’s working efficiency.

The spent grain discharge port is on the bottom side of the filtration vessel. Spent grain waste is discharged from this port by grain razer. Some simple structure filtration tank is without grain razer for cost saving. Then labor is needed to remove the spent grain from the discharge port.

Conveying plate is equipped beneath the discharge port. Spent grain waste is discharged and conveyed to temporary storage device through the conveying plate.

Beneath the conveying plate there is a manhole of the whirlpool vessel. Observation of condition in the tank is conducted through it by operator. Cleaning and part of discharging is also done through the manhole.

The mash system tanks can be equipped with sight glass and lighter. Operator can check material condition in the tank by this at any time. It is more convenient for operator. Glass is selected to ensure it is clear and solid enough. 

All beer tanks can be equipped with observation holes to survey production conditions all the time. The device is carefully welded and polished to make sure there is no dead leg to cause any possible pollution. 

Temperature sensor is optional for automatic control system. We only adopt international top brand temperature sensors and other accessories to confirm their accuracy and stability features in performance. This is why our beer brewery equipment is always better than others in practical performance.
