1000L-2000L craft beer making equipment for sale
1) The mash system is most suitable for production ability between 1000L to 2000L.
2) The professional beer making equipment adjusts Germany style design structure. It is composed of 2 tanks body and 3 containers. The mash tun and boiler is integrated in one container, and the filtration tank and whirlpool tank are in 2 containers, in one tank body.
3) The mash tun and boiler tank body is equipped with a U type exhaust funnel and manhole on the top. The exhaust funnel can realize air and steam exhaust in room.
4) The filtration tank is equipped with grain raker inside, with elevated operation steer and high efficiency motor on the top. It is also equipped with a strait and short exhaust funnel on the top on the tank body.
5) Special design and modification is available for customers’ special request.
The manhole adjusts high transparency and stability glass cover. It is more convenient for operators to check situation in the tank and much safer for impact. The clamp with spring can fix manhole cover tightly. The exhaust funnel is equipped with coupling for connection with U type pipe. It can also be welding style for customers’ choices. Pipe holes are equipped with sanitary plastic covers and plugs to prevent any pollution possible.
WEMAC special designed grain raker adjusts advanced structure according to its practical operation principle. It can blend and remove the beer grain efficiently. The filtration tank is usually with the most popular and regular type grain raker. There are also 3 types of other grain rakers available according to customers’ special request in different usage conditions. The pure stainless steel spraying ball is for the washing and cleaning of the total inner space of the tank. The cleaning pipe is for flushing and washing of spent grain. All inner side of the tank is processed by fine polishing of top quality stainless steel 304.
All the pipes adopt top anti-corrosion stainless steel and are finely processed. They are designed and connected according to compact and effective principle. We adjust bending and stretching process method to reduce welding process as much as possible to avoid any possible pollution.
